The ideal candidate will have strong creative skills and a portfolio of work that demonstrates their passion for production industry. This candidate will have experience in working in field with numerous of artisans and staffs
Responsibilities
- Production Planning & Execution: Develop and implement production schedules to meet business goals while ensuring efficient use of resources.
- Quality Control: Maintain high standards of product quality by implementing strict quality control measures and ensuring compliance with company and industry standards.
- Team Management: Lead and supervise production staff, ensuring proper training, motivation, and adherence to safety protocols.
- Inventory & Material Management: Oversee raw material procurement, stock management, and ensure timely availability of materials to avoid production delays.
- Cost Control & Budgeting: Monitor production costs, manage budgets, and implement cost-saving measures without compromising quality.
- Problem-Solving: Address production issues, troubleshoot equipment failures, and implement corrective actions to maintain smooth operations.
Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Manufacturing, Production Management, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum 1 years of experience in production management, preferably in the furniture or woodworking industry.
- Technical Skills: Knowledge of woodworking machinery, production techniques, and furniture manufacturing processes..
- Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills for effective coordination across departments.
- Knowledge of Industry Standards: Familiarity with safety, quality, and environmental regulations in furniture manufacturing.
Responsibilities
- Developing and executing a marketing plan to grow the company’s business in the Interior Design sector.
- Coordinating marketing and sales campaigns.
- Attracting new clients by innovating and overseeing the sales process for the business.
- Researching and contacting potential clients to understand their requirements and secure deals.
- Preparing and delivering pitches and presentations to clients.
- Maintaining effective communication and fostering a collaborative environment within the business as a whole.
- Managing projects from beginning to completion.
- Other responsibilities, as the company may deem necessary from time to time, related to sales and marketing.
Requirements
- Understanding customer needs
- Excellent communication skills
- Proven working experience in marketing & client servicing
- The proven track record on client and campaign management
- Experience in acting as a company spokesperson; comfortable and skilled in presentation
- Exceptional writing and editing skills
- Solid experience with social media including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, etc.
- Project management experience preferred
- BA/MA degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications or a related discipline
